What is it?
Matrix Pro is an advanced radiofrequency (RF) microneedling treatment delivered using the Candela Matrix platform. Candela Matrix Pro incorporates sophisticated real-time impedance monitoring and automatic RF energy adjustment, giving practitioners an additional level of control over energy delivery.
These features are designed to support precise, consistent treatment. However, as with all RF microneedling procedures, some risks remain, even when advanced technology is used.
Common temporary effects include redness, swelling, sensitivity and pinpoint marks. Less commonly, complications such as burns, infection, pigmentation changes, scarring, unwanted fat loss or nerve injury may occur.
Before treatment, our practitioners assess your skin, medical history and suitability, explain the potential benefits and risks, and provide clear aftercare guidance.
Advanced technology is only one part of safe treatment. Appropriate patient selection, experienced practitioners and personalised treatment planning are equally important.

How does the treatment work?
1. Personalised Skin Consultation
Your practitioner will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and determine whether RF microneedling is suitable for you. Your treatment settings will be selected according to your skin condition and goals.
2. Skin Preparation
The treatment area will be thoroughly cleansed, and topical anaesthetic may be applied to improve comfort.
3. Intelligent RF Microneedling
The Matrix Pro applicator creates controlled micro-insertions while delivering RF energy at selected depths. Its intelligent monitoring system assesses tissue impedance and adjusts energy delivery throughout the treatment.
4. Skin Recovery
Temporary redness, swelling, sensitivity and small pinpoint marks are common following treatment. Your practitioner will provide personalised aftercare instructions to support healing.
5. Gradual Skin Rejuvenation
As your skin naturally produces and remodels collagen, improvements in texture, firmness and overall skin appearance may develop over the following weeks and months.
What is expected?
Your practitioner will assess the skin and discuss the planned depth, area and recovery. Skin preparation and topical anaesthesia, where appropriate, follow clinic protocols. The device treats the selected area using controlled microneedle insertions and RF energy. Temporary redness, swelling, pinpoint marks or sensitivity may follow, and the clinician will give
personalised aftercare guidance.

This service is for individuals aged 18 and over.
During booking, only a £30 deposit is required, which will be deducted from the total treatment cost. The remaining payment will be collected at a later stage.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, or missed appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the loss of the £30 deposit. If you wish to reschedule, a new £30 deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.
