The L-Methionine IV Drip delivers a concentrated dose of L-Methionine, an essential amino acid involved in detoxification, antioxidant production, and cellular repair. Administered intravenously, it offers rapid absorption to support metabolic health and tissue regeneration.

Pre-Treatment Blood Tests:
We recommend that patients complete the following blood tests before treatment: Full Blood Count, ESR, Liver Function, Kidney Function, and G6PD enzyme.
Our Epicare Basic Screen offers the best-value way to complete most of these. The ESR and G6PD enzyme tests can be added separately if required.
Consultation & Consent:
A brief consultation is carried out to assess the patient’s health, lifestyle, and suitability for the treatment. Medical history is reviewed and informed consent is obtained.
Preparation:
The patient is seated comfortably. A tourniquet is applied to the upper arm to highlight the vein, and the insertion site is selected.
Cannulation:
The area is cleansed with an alcohol swab, and a sterile butterfly needle or cannula is inserted into the vein with care.
Infusion:
The IV drip is connected and administered over 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the formulation and individual tolerance. Patients are free to relax during the treatment.
Monitoring:
The patient is monitored throughout for comfort and any adverse reactions. After the infusion, the cannula is removed and a sterile dressing is applied.
Aftercare:
Patients are advised to stay well-hydrated, avoid alcohol and intense exercise for the rest of the day, and monitor the site for any irritation or bruising. Normal activities can usually be resumed immediately.

Many experience effects within a few hours of treatment. Peak benefits are often observed within 24 to 48 hours. The duration of results varies by drip formulation, typically lasting from several days to a few weeks.

During booking, only a £30 deposit is required for the initial consultation, which will be deducted from the total treatment cost. The remaining payment will be collected at a later stage.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, or missed appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the loss of the £30 deposit. If you wish to reschedule, a new £30 deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.
