Description:
Mounjaro is a prescription medication designed to help individuals struggling with weight loss. It comes in the form of a convenient pre-filled pen for easy self-administration.
Mounjaro works by mimicking two natural hormones in your body: GLP-1 and GIP. These hormones help regulate appetite, reduce hunger, and slow down the emptying of your stomach. This combination helps you feel fuller for longer, making it easier to control your calorie intake.
Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is indicated for weight management in patients, in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.
